Deposit Policy

Below is my policy on deposits. I do my best to accommodate my adoptive families requests. This is why I have chosen to make my policy on deposits what it is.
When a deposit is placed on an unborn  litter, it is placed on the "Puppy List" itself NOT on a specific puppy. A $100.00 deposit is required. I do all I can to accommodate gender and coloring requirements. Mother Nature plays a big part in this!!!!
Personality and temperament are far more important qualities to take into consideration when choosing a puppy over gender, color and markings alone, however I do understand that some folks have a particular "look" they have in mind for their new pup. I make every effort to fulfill the choices of the perspective homes. I will NOT  place a puppy in a home if I do not believe it is the right personality for a particular home as the litter matures. (this has never happened in 13 years, but I need to include this).
When the litters are born, adoptive families begin making their choices in the order I received their deposits. I do understand that sometimes you just have a feeling when you first lay eyes on their newborn pictures!!!
Because we wish to place our puppies in the right environment, we will ask all the right questions in order to place the right puppy with the right family. We are very careful with our puppies and therefore cannot allow visitations before the puppies are 6 weeks old and have received their first vaccinations.
If you wish to discuss my policies further, please feel free to contact me. I am always willing to work with a perspective puppy owner and do my best to accommodate. However, keep in mind that my primary concerns are for the safety and well-being of the puppies I breed. Please be sure to state all your concerns prior to sending your deposit.
